It is my top priority to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days! All orders will be shipped using either the USPS First Class, Priority Mail Service, or UPS, or Fed Ex. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order ships and will include a tracking number. If you didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation email, please double check your Spam folder. Make sure to add us to your address book to avoid missing any updates.

Please Note: Perfumes are classified as flammable liquids and are therefore subject to specific restrictions under Hazardous Materials Regulations (Hazmat) when mailing. Your package will be in sturdy box with appropriate stickers from our shipping carrier.
Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for any errors made on your billing or shipping address. Please double check to make sure all information is correct. If an order is unable to be delivered and is sent back to us due to an error on the address, the buyer will be responsible for the charges to have the order reshipped.
Lost/Delayed Package
Once a package has left our facility, it is no longer the responsibility of Wild Rose & Timber Aromatics. We will try to support you along the way however-Please contact the shipping provider for help with any lost or delayed packages.
